From spec to delivery, step by step.

Every project starts small. You see real data before you commit to volume, and you know exactly how it was collected.

The process Quality checks Consent & compliance Pricing Questions

The process

  1. Send your spec

    Day 0

Tell us what the data is for and what it needs to look like. A rough brief is fine; we'll fill the gaps together.

    • Data type and volume
    • Tasks, scenes, or languages
    • Devices, resolution, and format
    • Labels and metadata
  2. Get a scope and quote

    Within 2 business days

We send back a written scope: what we'll collect, where, from whom, how long it takes, and the price.

    • Contributor profile and locations
    • Capture guide and quality checklist
    • Consent process
    • Timeline and price
  3. Review a pilot

    Usually 1 to 3 weeks

We collect a small batch to the agreed spec. You review it, and we adjust the capture guide based on your feedback.

    • Sample of the full deliverable
    • Same format and labels as production
    • Feedback round included
  4. Scale up

    Ongoing

Once the pilot is approved, we collect at volume and deliver in batches, adding locations, languages, or tasks as you need.

    • Regular batch deliveries
    • Progress updates against targets
    • New scopes as needs change

Quality checks on every file.

Data that fails spec costs you more than no data. So nothing ships until it passes review.

  • Contributors are briefed with a written capture guide and a short trial before real collection.
  • Every file is checked against your spec: framing, resolution, duration, audio level, and content.
  • Files that fail are re-captured, not passed along.
  • Labels are reviewed by a second person before delivery.
  • You only pay for data that meets the agreed spec.

Every project is quoted up front. No platform fees and no surprises.

How we quotePrice depends on task complexity, location, contributor requirements, and labeling. Pilots are quoted separately and kept small.

Questions

How small can a pilot be?

Small enough to judge quality quickly. Typically a few hours of video or audio, or a few hundred images or text items. We'll suggest a size when we scope your project.

Is the data exclusive to us?

Custom collections are made for your project. Exclusivity terms are agreed in writing before we start.

Can you collect outside Southeast Asia?

Yes. Our home base is Bali and our deepest network is in Indonesia and Southeast Asia, but we collect wherever a project needs it, through our own contributors or local partners. Each project is scoped one by one.

Can you work to our existing capture guidelines?

Yes. Send them with your spec and we'll brief contributors to them exactly.

How is data delivered?

Through a secure cloud transfer in the format and folder structure you specify, with metadata and labels included.

Do you also license existing archives?

Yes. We represent broadcasters, studios, and publishers who want to license their archives for AI training. Learn more.
