This policy explains what personal information Masana ("we", "us") collects through masana.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Masana collects and licenses real-world data for AI and robotics teams. We are based in Bali, Indonesia. You can reach us about privacy at iman@masana.ai.
What we collect through this website
- Information you send us. When you fill in a form or email us, we receive what you provide, such as your name, email, company, role, and project details. Contributor applications include your location, languages, and equipment.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider and the services that load fonts may process basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Contributor data
If you record, photograph, or write data for a Masana project, that data and any personal information in it are covered by the release you sign for that project. The release explains what is collected, how it is used, and how it is shared. This website policy does not replace it.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a scope or proposal.
- To contact contributors about projects that match them.
- To run, secure, and improve this website.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell the personal information you send us through this website.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our website host and form provider, and only as needed for them to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application information for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and then delete it unless we need to keep it for legal reasons.
